Let LOVE spring up inside of you!

I am thankful for the beautiful ocean, the gentle breeze, the birds singing!

Today I started my day in meditation in my backyard. I sat quietly with my eyes closed and my mind and heart ready to receive and of course Yuki pup beside me (she won’t allow me to place her away from me while I meditate, she is very intuitive).

Breathing in Love

As I breathed in, I became focused on my inhale, and focused on inhaling in love. As I exhaled, joy and peace kept mounting inside me! Love was manifesting with each exhale. Love was inhaled in, peace was exhaled; Love was inhaled, protection was exhaled; Love was inhaled, safety was exhaled; Love was inhaled, wholeness was exhaled; and on and on Love started freely flowing and filling my entire being until there there was a completion of LOVE, PEACE and SECURITY that flooded my entire being.


Step 5 on our journey down the path to a season of never before seen beauty : Become a skilled meditator and seeker of LOVE.

There are springs and rivers of LIVING WATER waiting to flow into you! A seeking heart will open you up to receive. During your morning time of meditation and prayer, invite LOVE in, don’t let doubt, distractions, and worries block your connection with LOVE. This takes a bit of discipline and practice. There are days this will be easy and other days it won’t seem to be happening. Your mind may tell you; you are not connecting with your Creator, don’t listen to your mind, you are Connecting, God hears you! Keep pushing, keep seeking until you can disconnect from yourself (your mind/your ego) and experience the flow of LOVE that you were designed for.

Tomorrow’s step: I am going to give you tomorrow’s step, today, so that you can prepare!

Step 6: Keep Sunday Sacred

Tomorrow is Sunday, traditionally known as Sabbath day (the day of rest). Take a sabbath day from reading, watching and listening to the news on COVID-19. Try not to go on Social Media for 24 hours (you can video chat with friends or family but try not to focus your conversation on the crisis). Basically, try your best not to focus on the news of the current crisis. Instead, focus on taking care of yourself, checking in with your emotions, and seeking awe in the ordinary. Start your day with the intention to experience wonder and beauty in the natural world, even if it’s just in your backyard.


Allow yourself to Rest and Play

Dance when nobody's watching; sing loudly; listen to music; look for things to see, hear, taste, touch and smell that moves your soul; and most of all, play! Rest and play are vital tools in overall wellness. Quieting and freeing our minds from the heavy news and Social Media is essential for inner and outer health and beauty.

For my own inner and outer health, I will not be posting tomorrow, Sunday March 28. I am taking my own advice and will be observing Sunday, the day of rest and self care. And will be singing and dancing to my own beat at my home.
